Hello, this is my very first post 🙂  
Anyways, has anyone noticed that text to people on Telus don't arrive to the person at all? My friend says that they haven't received any of my text from the past month or so. They received my texts fine when I was with Rogers, so what's going on? I'm so confused! Is this a phone problem ( I am still using my Nokia 5130 when I was with Rogers), a 7-11 problem, or a Telus problem? Other than this technical glitch, I really like 7-11!

My daughter is on telus and we text all the time without a problem. I'd contact customer support to find out what the problem is.

So I phoned the customer support line and they hadn't heard of anything like this. They did a signal reset and it didn't appear to work at all. The last CSR I talked to told me just to tell the person I was trying to text to talk to their service provider. So now what do I do?

Check if your phone has Caller ID turned off. For some reason, my Music Xpress had CID turned off by default. Your friend might have blocked all calls from anyone without CID

Caller Id is on and it appears to be a network problem stemming from when I ported my number over from Rogers. At least that's the impression the Supervisor gave me today. They want to do some tests to see where the texts are getting lost. At any rate i'm hoping for the best case that they can fix it and not having me to go find another provider.
