Hi Fellas,
I searched and saw several topics here about changing from one SO SIM to another. I too want to be able to use the newer apple phones that need the nano sim and need to get it cut down. I'm just afraid I may screw up and need a replacement card.
My SO number is like 10 years ago, I don't have any receipts or know what pass codes to use when calling the CSR. Exactly what sort of security questions will they need to verify I am the SIM/phone number's owner? I already cut my SIM card once from the big SIM to micro SIM for my current android phone and when I checked the SIM there are no SIM numbers on there.
Thanks for your tips.
