So, when I help down "1" to set-up my voicemail, it asked me for a number. I put in my own and it dialed. However, after a few rings, I heard 3 beeps and it disconnected. Now when I hold down 1, it dials my number and I get the disconnection again.

Is this unusual, or does it resolve itself in time?

Capital. Apparently one cannot activate for the first 24 hours.
