Hi, I just want to clarify, does Speak Out have a data plan?
I notice there is a $10 fee for unlimited "browsing".
Does this include data?

And is it WAP?

No. It's strictly unlimited browsing, NOT data. They do not offer data at all.

Many apps work without any scullduggery. Especially if you are using ICS or better. (With Gingerbread, there was less success.)
