With SO UMB, I had to use ProxyDroid to allow some Android apps to work, although some (like K-9 mail) still would not work. Now that the new data plan has been rolled out, how are you finding it for using apps? Is a proxy app still required, or does it support full data and port access?

I believe so. I think you have to change the APN settings though. Will find out when it happens.
